Job Description

At Prima Systems, we are seeking a motivated IT Support L1 Officer to join our team. In this role, you will provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat, ensuring adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities include assisting users with hardware, software, and network-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and documenting support activities. Preferred qualifications include 2 years of IT support experience and proficiency in English.

This full-time position offers competitive pay between Rs100,00.00 to Rs150,00.00 per month.
