Job Description
Prima Systems is seeking a dedicated Medical Record Specialist to create high-quality medical reports for our clients in the United States. You will collaborate closely with physicians while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transcribe physician notes into detailed reports.
- Verify report accuracy and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Protect sensitive information through strict confidentiality practices.
- Adhere to reporting deadlines consistently.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in medical reporting.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology.
- Proficiency in English.

- Night shift availability is essential.
