Job Description

We are in search of a committed Team Leader with outstanding managerial capabilities and a robust background in sales, particularly within the ACA campaign. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the call center industry.

As a Team Lead, you will be required to:

• Have at least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in a call center setting.
• Demonstrate strong leadership abilities.
• Exhibit excellent English communication skills.
• Be available for night shift work.
