Job Description

Prime BPO is on the lookout for a highly organized and self-motivated professional to join our team as a Med Alert Closer. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of call center experience and exhibit exceptional communication skills. This role requires a dedicated work ethic and a strong focus on career development.

Key Responsibilities: Manage sales leads, engage with customers to discuss terms, maintain relationships, address concerns, and provide product education.

Salary: $150K plus uncapped commission. Location: Rawalpindi. Job Type: Full-time.
