Job Description
PrimeHR is looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for gathering and processing research data, performing essential administrative tasks such as printing documents, sending emails, and ordering office supplies. Additionally, you will assist the Front Office team and oversee inventory control.
Your key responsibilities will include organizing staff meetings, updating calendars, processing company receipts, invoices, and bills, along with providing management support.
Requirement:
Candidates must be graduates with proficient Microsoft Excel skills.
