Job Description

Prism Consultants is seeking a committed HR Executive to oversee essential human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. This critical role focuses on executing HR policies to attract, nurture, and retain exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment process, from sourcing to selection.
  • Facilitate smooth employee onboarding and offboarding experiences.
  • Enhance employee relations and drive engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with HR operations and policies.
  • Supervise performance management and coordinate training efforts.
