Job Description
Prism Consulting seeks a Territory Sales Officer for a growing household-products manufacturer. The successful candidate will drive distributor-led primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly targets, cultivate and maintain distributor relationships, and ensure consistent product availability and visibility across assigned territories. Responsibilities include regular market visits, monitoring trade execution, preparing timely reports, and meeting deadlines under pressure.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 2–3 years of field sales experience in a similar role; FMCG background required (detergents preferred); strong communication and negotiation skills; target-oriented with proven problem-solving ability. Job type: Full-time, on-site.
