Job Description
PromoGen is looking for a confident Virtual Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our Car Detailing Business in San Diego. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, customer service expertise, basic automotive knowledge, and experience with CRM systems. We invite you to apply if you meet these criteria!
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries through phone and text.
- Provide service details, accurate quotes, and assist with appointment bookings.
- Understand different vehicle types for pricing purposes.
- Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity.
Schedule: Part-time | 12:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. (SD time) | Monday to Friday
Compensation: PKR 50,00 – 70,00 per month
