Job Description
ProtoCall Outsource, a premier inbound contact center partnering with taxi companies throughout the UK, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Inbound Contact Centre Representatives. In this role, you will manage incoming calls, assist customers with booking inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Key Qualifications: Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a flexible schedule. Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
Location: Phase 6, Bahria Town, Islamabad.
