Responsibilities include: responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat; assisting with order processing and issue resolution; maintaining accurate records of customer interactions; collaborating with the team to enhance customer satisfaction; and staying informed about product knowledge.
Requirements: proven experience in customer service, exceptional English communication skills, proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Outlook, and a Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma.
