Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new auditing initiatives and elevate the reputation of the compliance department.
- Collaborate with management to strengthen internal controls.
- Present auditing findings to management effectively.
- Ensure resolutions from investigations are implemented.
- Monitor company violations related to regulations.
- Compile and deliver comprehensive audit reports to department heads.
- Analyze data for management reporting.
- Advise management on compliance strategies.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a background in Software or IT preferred.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
