Job Description
QwikFone is looking for a skilled remote part-time Bookkeeper & Admin Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position offers 20 hours of work per week, comprising 4 hours each day from Monday to Friday. We are seeking detail-oriented individuals who possess strong expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Match outgoing expenses with corresponding receipts and invoices
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely payments
- Categorize transactions and conduct bank reconciliations
- Collaborate effectively with the accounts team and suppliers
- Support administrative tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate:
- 3 to 5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Must reside in Pakistan, preferably in Islamabad, Lahore, or Faisalabad
Salary: Rs65,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
