Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
As a Support Consultant, you will provide technical assistance to healthcare clients via phone, email, or online portals. Troubleshoot Level 1 technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed. Maintain in-depth knowledge of healthcare applications to effectively communicate technical information to clients.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in technical support within the healthcare industry is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications are a plus.
