Job Description

Redcube Technologies LLC seeks a professional Customer Support Executive to manage international customer interactions across phone, email, chat, and social media. Responsibilities include handling orders, shipping, returns and exchanges, providing product guidance, and coordinating with production and operations teams.

• Requirements: excellent spoken and written English; 1–2 years customer support experience (e‑commerce preferred); strong problem-solving, multitasking skills; patient and positive attitude.
• Position: full-time, in-person; supporting customers in the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
