Job Description
RepHero Global is seeking a dedicated Patient Services Representative to manage patient inquiries over the phone. The ideal candidate will attend calls, listen actively, schedule appointments, and direct patients to the appropriate doctor as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer patient calls professionally.
- Listen to patient concerns.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Direct patients to the relevant doctor.
- Maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; healthcare training preferred.
- Previous customer service experience.
Work Schedule: 3 AM to 7 AM or 3 AM to 11 AM.
Pay: Rs9,99.00 – Rs10,00.00 per month (20 hours/week).
