Job Description
RexD Private Limited is looking for a committed Quality Assurance Executive to enhance our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and evaluating sales calls
- Conducting training and coaching sessions for the sales team
- Preparing and executing weekly call reviews with the QA team
- Investigating dual resolutions and sales activities
- Creating analytical ad-hoc reports
The ideal candidate will possess at least a Bachelor’s degree and have demonstrated experience as a QA Executive. Strong communication and time management skills are a must.
