Job Description
Rising Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, a leader in technology-driven solutions, is expanding! We are seeking a passionate and experienced Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Assist customers with Energy and Home Warranty inquiries.
- Resolve complaints swiftly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales using proven experience in Energy and Home Warranty campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of call center experience.
- Intermediate education or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Work Schedule: Night shift (Mon-Fri), weekends off.
Compensation: Rs35,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month plus performance-based commissions.
