Job Description
RissoX is on the lookout for a highly organized and proactive Assistant to the CEO to deliver top-tier executive support and facilitate seamless daily business operations. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities, with a preference for those possessing experience in fintech or financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
– Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders.
– Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar and arrange meetings.
– Prepare detailed reports and official correspondence.
– Conduct research to assist in strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
– 3–5 years of experience in executive support, ideally within fintech.
– Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
