Job Description
Rm-SALT is looking for a committed Garments Floor Supervisor to manage the daily operations on our garments floor. The ideal candidate will proficiently oversee production flow, perform comprehensive quality inspections, manage inventory effectively, and facilitate seamless teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in various fabrics
- Familiarity with garment stock lots
- Experience in goods inspection and packing
- Ability to prepare and manage inventory control reports
- Outstanding team coordination and workload management abilities
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the garment industry
- Intermediate education or higher
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
