Job Description
ROMAILS seeks an experienced Coat Master to join our team full time, on site. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of hands-on experience in coat construction and tailoring, with demonstrated expertise in working with heavy fabrics and patterns.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Precise coat stitching and finishing
- Quality control and inspection
- Supervising and training a small production team and mentoring junior artisans
