Job Description
S.M.J International Industries is seeking a dedicated Aftersales Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee aftersales operations, address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records. You will collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and enhance our product offerings.
Qualifications: Candidates must hold a D.A.E in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering, with 4–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the lead-acid battery or manufacturing sector. A customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills are paramount.
What We Offer: A competitive salary ranging from Rs50,00.00 to Rs55,00.00 per month, along with comprehensive benefits in a full-time position.
