Job Description
Sajiero is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Customer Support & E-Commerce Manager to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will address customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media, manage order processing, and collaborate with delivery partners.
Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring accurate online store listings for pricing, inventory, and content, along with monitoring customer satisfaction and effectively resolving any issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, experience with e-commerce platforms, familiarity with customer service tools, and strong organizational and time management skills. This position is full-time and in-person.
