Responsibilities:
- Engage with end users and potential customers in designated areas.
- Conduct product trials to demonstrate effectiveness.
- Collect and analyze feedback on our products compared to competitors.
- Compile data on competitor offerings.
- Provide insights regarding product quality and packaging improvements.
Experience & Qualifications:
- A degree in Inter/BA/B.Com.
- 6 months to 1 year of sales experience, ideally in FMCG.
- Proven experience in managing customer complaints.
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
