Job Description
SAPH Solutions is seeking a dedicated Female Customer Order Confirmation & Data Entry Representative. You will confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, verify addresses, and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm COD orders via customer calls.
- Provide excellent customer support.
- Handle objections and finalize orders.
- Track shipments with basic Excel skills.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
