Job Description
Scalemill is on the lookout for a Recruitment Specialist to manage our comprehensive hiring activities. This role encompasses candidate sourcing, job advertisement postings, resume screening, interview conduction, and onboarding management.
Work Hours: 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from start to finish
- Identify and source candidates through job boards and social media channels
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Engage in effective communication with candidates and the HR team
- Prepare and draft job offers
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of two years of relevant experience are required.
