Job Description
Servico Freight Services is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to become a key member of our team. The successful candidate should have a strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email communication, preferably using Outlook Express, while engaging with shipping lines for both import and export operations. The ability to work independently is essential.
Priority will be given to those with experience in QuickBooks accounting software.
We require a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The salary will range from Rs45,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month, commensurate with experience. Office hours are from 9:15 AM to 5:00 PM. This is a full-time, in-person position.
