We seek a proactive Human Resources Officer to oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, benefits administration, and HR compliance. This role manages full-cycle hiring, maintains personnel records, supports performance evaluations, coordinates training, and addresses employee inquiries with confidentiality and professionalism.

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience and familiarity with labor law.
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office; strong written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is essential.
