Job Description
Shahnawaz Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated HR Associate to contribute significantly to employee engagement and retention strategies. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include drafting job descriptions, managing employee assignments and task reassignments, and developing innovative engagement programs. Additionally, you will review feedback from exit interviews and establish key performance indicators related to talent retention.
Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, coupled with 3-5 years of relevant HR experience. Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently are vital for success in this position.
The starting salary is Rs60,00.00 per month, along with a range of additional benefits.
