Job Description
Shark Technologies is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Team Lead to manage our international outbound sales team located in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for candidates with telesales experience or those demonstrating strong leadership abilities and exceptional English communication skills.
Responsibilities: You will lead a dynamic team of sales agents, monitor call activities, provide constructive feedback, and support the closure of deals.
Requirements: Candidates must possess fluent English, a focus on leadership, and prior sales experience is advantageous. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Salary: PKR 75,00 – 100,00 plus commission.
