Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. In this entry-level position, you will source and engage software engineering and IT talent, review resumes, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and maintain applicant tracking records. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and support offer processes.
- 0–2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of technical roles and familiarity with ATS tools
