Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional introductory information to our customers and ensure their satisfaction with our products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, addressing complaints, following up via phone or email, and informing customers about additional products that may benefit them.
Your responsibilities will include efficiently responding to questions, escalating issues as needed, troubleshooting common problems, and working collaboratively with the team to find effective solutions.
Job Timings: 11 AM – 8 PM
Location: Jauhar Block 15
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs 35,00.00 – Rs 50,00.00 per month.
