Job Description
Smart Resources SMC-Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated CRM Manager to join our dynamic team in Bahria Town Phase 4. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of Rs75,00.00 per month. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer data, segmentation, lead management, and generating reports on customer interactions and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Analyze customer data for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline.
- Create advanced Excel spreadsheets utilizing formulas and pivot tables.
- Ensure data consistency across databases and spreadsheets.
Office hours are from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. Please note that this position is exclusively available for female candidates.
