Job Description

SMB SERVICES is looking for a skilled and proactive Senior HR Executive to enhance our HR team. In this vital position, you will oversee client coordination, manage HR operations, and assist with the recruitment process as needed. We are seeking a candidate with exceptional interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily HR functions including onboarding, payroll, and employee record management.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment efforts.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding HR services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 2-4 years of HR experience with an emphasis on client relations.

Working hours are from 2 PM to 11 PM, Monday to Friday. This is a full-time, in-person position.
