Job Description
Sonitech (SMC-Private) Limited is seeking a motivated and articulate Outbound Call Center Representative & Social Media Handler for a prestigious project with an Australian-based company that has been in business for over nine years.
Hours: 6 AM to 3 PM (PST)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls to engage potential customers.
- Handling inquiries across various social media platforms.
- Accurately maintaining CRM records.
- Collaborating effectively with the marketing team.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- A minimum of 2 years of outbound call center experience.
- Familiarity with social media and CRM tools is preferred.
Salary: Rs55,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month
