Job Description
Soothmedia Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to enhance our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our office network, CCTV systems, attendance machines, and server infrastructure while providing comprehensive IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
- Install and manage CCTV systems
- Support attendance and biometric machines
- Maintain server performance and perform backups
- Provide support for hardware and software issues
Requirements: DAE in Electronics (preferred), strong analytical abilities, and the capability to work independently.
