Job Description
Source Code Academia is currently seeking a dedicated full-time Roster Manager to enhance the scheduling and reporting efficiency within our department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing roster creation, managing class operations, and coordinating teacher schedules while also addressing IT concerns and handling invoices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and maintaining student and teacher rosters.
- Organizing class schedules and academic activities.
- Coordinating teacher schedules and associated tasks.
- Serving as the primary contact for IT-related issues.
- Tracking and managing invoices effectively.
- Resolving student inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
