Job Description
Speak Viral is looking for a skilled HR Executive to manage our recruitment, learning and development, and employee performance efforts. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in Human Resources, along with a comprehensive understanding of labor laws.
Your primary responsibilities will include crafting competitive compensation packages, implementing effective performance review processes, and establishing equitable HR policies. Additionally, you will oversee the hiring process, coordinate training initiatives, and ensure adherence to labor regulations.

Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
