Job Description
Steps Ahead Private Limited is seeking a committed Junior Manager Cold Chain to enhance our cold chain operations. The ideal candidate will oversee temperature-controlled logistics, ensuring product integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the transportation and storage of temperature-sensitive products.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMP standards.
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and suppliers effectively.
- Leverage technology for real-time tracking of shipments.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure operational excellence.
- Prepare analytical reports to monitor operational performance.
Qualifications: A degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, with 3-5 years of experience in cold chain logistics preferred.
