Streamline Group is in search of a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to manage daily HR functions effectively. This role is crucial for providing essential staff support and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes and conduct interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding procedures and address employee inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with HR legal regulations.
- Manage and coordinate performance evaluations.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, 2-3 years of related experience, and excellent communication skills are required.
