Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Coating and Fettling Supervisor to join our team at Suhail Industrial Holding Group. This full-time position involves assigning daily tasks to laborers, including fettlers, painters, and forklift drivers, while ensuring optimum labor control and adherence to production targets.
Your responsibilities will include guiding and coaching staff, managing shop floor activities, coordinating material flow with other departments, and overseeing the management of semi-finished and finished products. You will also ensure compliance with safety standards and prepare daily production reports for upper management.
