Job Description
SWATX is actively searching for a highly skilled CRM & Billing Technical Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365. This pivotal role encompasses the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level CRM and billing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess robust leadership and technical skills, enabling them to guide teams toward achieving scalable and high-performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Manage integrations related to ERP, payment gateways, and customer portals.
- Champion best coding practices within the team.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and oversee system upgrades.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders on solution design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Over 8 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM and billing solutions.
- Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Azure.
