Job Description
We are seeking a Truck Dispatch Manager to oversee daily dispatch operations, optimize routing, and ensure on-time deliveries. The successful candidate will coordinate drivers, assign loads, manage schedules, monitor fleet performance, and promptly resolve delays while ensuring DOT compliance. This role includes leading and training a small dispatch team, maintaining client communications, and leveraging TMS software to track shipments and key performance indicators.
- Minimum 3 years of freight dispatch experience
- Proven leadership, analytical problem-solving, and excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of routing, safety regulations, and DOT requirements
