Job Description

Synercon is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Finance Assistant to join our Peshawar office. This role is vital for supporting daily administrative tasks and fundamental financial processes, ensuring the smooth operation of the office while maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will manage general office administration, handle correspondence, assist with HR functions, and coordinate meetings. Additionally, you will maintain petty cash, prepare payment vouchers, and support the monthly expense reporting process.

Qualifications:

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, with 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills are essential; fluency in English, Urdu, and Pashto is an advantage.
