Job Description
Systems Limited is seeking a dedicated Training Assistant Manager for our call center. This role is essential for managing and delivering training programs that enhance the performance of our call center agents.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing Training Programs
- Conducting New Hire Training
- Facilitating Ongoing Agent Development
- Evaluating Performance and Providing Feedback
- Improving Processes
- Preparing Reports and Documentation
- Leading and Supporting Teams in QA & Ops
Requirements:
- 5-6 years in call center operations, with 1 year in management.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts for US-based projects.
