Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Scheme 33. In this role, you will be responsible for making phone calls to introduce new customers to our real estate projects, conducting comparative market analyses to evaluate property values, and scheduling appointments for site visits. Your ability to maintain follow-ups with leads will be crucial in converting them into clients. Additionally, you’ll log call details in our CRM and provide insightful information on properties and market trends.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in real estate, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
