Job Description
We are excited to announce a vacancy for a Customer Support Analyst at Tapsys Services (Pvt) Ltd. Key Responsibilities: You will diagnose and resolve issues related to Linux systems and SQL databases, escalate critical matters as necessary, and work collaboratively with our internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, intermediate knowledge of Linux, a solid understanding of SQL, and excellent communication skills are required. Please note that this position involves 24/7 shift work.
