Job Description
Tech Solution Pro seeks a driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to independently expand client acquisition via Upwork (LinkedIn optional). Onsite at Gulberg Greens, Islamabad; full-time.
- Responsibilities: identify and qualify leads, craft persuasive proposals, manage and optimize our Upwork profile and portfolio, coordinate with internal teams, monitor bidding performance, and improve conversion rates.
- Qualifications: 2+ years of Upwork bidding experience for IT/digital services, strong knowledge of Upwork algorithms and proposal strategies, excellent written and verbal communication, self-motivated, strategic and target-driven. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Competitive base pay Rs80,00–Rs100,00/month plus performance incentives. Clear career progression for in-person hires.
