Job Description
Tech Vision is looking for a skilled HR Operations Officer to oversee the complete recruitment process. Key responsibilities include creating job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, negotiating salaries, conducting document verifications, extending job offers, and facilitating onboarding procedures. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to align hiring needs and maintain an up-to-date recruitment tracker.
This full-time position is located in Islamabad, Pakistan, and is open exclusively to female applicants with at least three years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree.
