Job Description
Techhub International is looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Amazon Customer Support Specialist to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will possess experience with Amazon Seller Central, a strong grasp of account health management, complaint resolution, and writing effective appeals for suspensions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Amazon account health metrics and address customer complaints.
- Craft appeals and Plans of Action (POAs).
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve buyer inquiries efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with Amazon Seller Support.
- Analyze performance trends to ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 2-3 years of experience in Amazon customer service, fluency in English, and a keen attention to detail.
