Mission: To transform business processes into efficient automations and document the workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Design BPMN-style processes and implement them using n8n, Make, or GHL.
- Integrate various platforms including CRMs, inboxes, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and Airtable.
- Manage error handling, perform retries, set alerts, version flows, and maintain a library of templates.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in n8n (self-host), triggers, webhooks, and familiarity with Make/Zapier.
- Experience with API authentication, JSON transformations, mapping, filtering, and branching.
- Ability to produce clear documentation including SOPs and runbooks.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with GHL, Airtable automations, Google Apps Script, and document generation (Docs/Slides).
- Basic SQL skills for logging and creating dashboards.
